As we are looking for an opportunity for various reason that effect to our carriers commitment. Prime face there is very common thing when you are doing your job then why you should go for interview.

Mostly candidates are applying jobs updating their CV’S in Portals for regular updates for job opportunity but if you are recently joined with your company and trying to settle down yourself, but thinking for more job interviews for various reasons.

  • Boss is not good
  • Some commitments are not fulfilled by company when they said in interview
  • Just Try if any better Packages

And many reason can be arise but as per our suggestion you should work in a company as longest you can work min.1 yr becoz as long as you are stable in a company then your CV or Face value will increase.

  2. Give proper response to consultants or HR People who is trying to call you for interviews.
  3. Attend interview on right time with right attitude.
  4. Take follow up with HR once you complete your interview but keep patience.
  5. And accept if you are not selected that not mean you are not qualified! Some times your criteria or small mistakes makes you fail.

Hiring as been on high in again especially in IT after the global economic downturn and top technology companies like Apple, Facebook, Google have surprised many job applicants with such odd questions which are very tricky but has no definitive answer at all. Here are the top 15 odd questions companies asked in 2010.

Apple showed its touch of uniqueness even in the interview with a question quite enough to confuse the candidate – There are three boxes, one contains only apples, one contains only oranges, and one contains both apples and oranges. The boxes have been incorrectly labeled such that no label identifies the actual contents of the box it labels. Opening just one box, and without looking in the box, you take out one piece of fruit. By looking at the fruit, how can you immediately label all of the boxes correctly?

Although they say the intention of such bizarre questions is to evaluate how one would react in stressful and challenging situations, candidates are often effaced by these whacky questions with no definitive answers. We encourage you to drop your comments with any such bizarre questions you have ever come across.
